
- We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Lead to drive our global wellness and Ayurveda brand to the next level. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in content and social media, capable of building global visibility, engaging communities, and converting engagement into loyal customers.
- You will be responsible for designing and executing impactful content strategies, social campaigns, and performance-driven initiatives that enhance brand reputation, increase user acquisition, and foster customer retention worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and lead a global social media and content strategy aligned with the brand's vision.
- Position the brand as a global thought leader in Wellness, Ayurveda, and Holistic Health.
-Drive consistency of brand voice across all platforms and campaigns.
Content & Storytelling :
- Lead end-to-end content creation (blogs, videos, reels, podcasts, emailers, campaigns, etc.).
- Build storytelling frameworks to highlight Ayurveda's modern relevance in global wellness.
- Collaborate with experts, doctors, influencers, and wellness communities for authentic content.
Social Media Excellence:
- Manage presence across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms). Major focus on YourTube. High level understanding of Youtube.
- Develop viral content strategies to scale reach and engagement.
- Design campaigns that build user communities and increase customer acquisition.
-Track performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Growth & Performance:
- Own and deliver on social media KPIs - reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and brand sentiment.
- Optimize campaigns using data insights to increase followers, engagement, and customer base.
- Run paid and organic strategies for global audience growth.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Partner with design, PR, e-commerce, and product teams for integrated campaigns.
- Identify collaborations with influencers, wellness experts, and media globally.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and content tech.
Key Requirements :
- 12+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital & Social Media Strategy (preferably with global brands in wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, or consumer sectors).
- Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, holistic living, and consumer engagement people manager. Good experience managing creative team.
- Available to join on immediate basis.
