We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our premium, clinically tested product brand. The role requires a blend of scientific understanding, marketing expertise, and consumer insight to build trust and preference in both professional and retail channels.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and drive the brand vision, strategy, and positioning in line with company goals.
- Build the premium image of the brand while highlighting brand credibility.
- Develop communication guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Product Marketing & Rebranding
- Partner with R&D and regulatory teams to understand clinical data, product claims, and differentiation.
- Plan and execute new product launches and lifecycle management.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and communication align with premium standards and compliance.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) research to understand perceptions, needs, and adoption drivers.
- Benchmark against competitors in both pharma and premium wellness/cosmetic segments.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Content Support:
- Coordinating with Content & other stakeholders for products-Blogs, videos, emailers; listing and website content.
