About the Role:

Magnon Group is hiring an experienced Senior Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record of managing and nurturing relationships with B2B SaaS clients and driving client success from the agency side, this role is for you.


Work location: Noida (work from office)


Experience: 6+ years


What Youll Do:


- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative, content, and tech teams.

- Manage and streamline end-to-end creative workflows from brief to delivery.

- Ensure project timelines, scopes, and quality standards are consistently met.

- Optimize and document processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Drive collaboration and accountability across multiple departments.

- Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with client objectives.


What Were Looking For:


- Experience managing creative workflows within a digital agency or similar setting.

- Solid understanding of design, content, and production processes especially for B2B SaaS clients.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech departments.

- Fluency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to deadlines and a passion for creative excellence.
