Role Overview:
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for assigned verticals.
- This role requires a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing hiring in dynamic environments such as insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
- The candidate will manage mid to senior-level hiring mandates and support talent planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Create high-quality job briefs aligned with business needs.
- Ensure timely closures within agreed SLAs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy:
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through proactive and diversified sourcing.
- Utilize job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and headhunting.
- Develop sourcing strategies for specialized insurance roles: underwriting, claims, sales, product, actuarial, risk, operations, and technology.
Campus Hiring & Early Talent Programs:
- Manage end-to-end campus hiring for management trainees, graduate trainees, and entry-level roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to develop early talent pipelines.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct research on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
- Share insights with business leaders and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional and vertical leaders.
- Participate in workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions.
- Provide transparent updates on recruitment status, challenges, and metrics.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, analytics, and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with TA leadership to improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes.
Employee Retention & Attrition Analysis:
- Analyze exit trends and support HRBPs with attrition action planning.
- Provide insights to address hiring gaps and workforce challenges.
Special Projects:
- Contribute to initiatives related to employer branding, HR process improvements, digital HR transformation, and diversity hiring.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the candidate experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with campus hiring (preferred).
- Familiarity with BFSI and Insurance industry hiring trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, Fintech, or similar industries.
- Proven experience in mid to senior-level hiring and partnering with business leaders
