- Navigate regulatory complexities and provide compliance support for developing fully compliant products.

- Offer ongoing legal advice, consultation, and guidance on compliance and risk management issues to cross-functional teams.

- Assess, identify, and prioritize compliance risks; implement policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms across the organization.

- Lead and oversee third-party examinations, regulatory audits, and ensure timely & accurate responses to information requests.

- Guide management and teams on ethics, business conduct, and compliance requirements, including training program development and oversight.

- Stay updated with evolving regulatory and legal developments to ensure proactive compliance readiness.

- Manage product compliance matters, particularly in relation to RBI regulations and expectations.

- Provide insights and recommendations on emerging compliance risks and support the development of mitigation controls.

- Maintain and update the Compliance Manual while keeping management informed of changes in the regulatory environment.
