Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- We are seeking a seasoned Director - Sales (B2B) to lead and scale our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening market presence through strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead, mentor, and manage regional and national sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Prepare and present operational, pipeline, and financial reports for senior leadership Drive new business acquisition while strengthening existing enterprise client relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute joint go-to-market and cross-selling initiatives Define and optimize sales processes, forecasting models, and performance metrics
- Oversee learning, performance management, and career development of sales leaders and team members
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums Travel as required to support business expansion and key client engagements Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in B2B enterprise sales leadership
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent team management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Experience in scaling sales teams and managing multi-region sales operations

- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen
- Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory) MBA from a Tier-1 institute (preferred/mandatory as per requirement)
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise sales Demonstrated success in driving large-scale revenue growth Willingness to travel extensively as required
