Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates. - Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. - Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback to candidates. - Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for talent pipelines. - Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruiting. - Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. - Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. - Familiarity with sourcing tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
