Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to accelerate revenue growth within the BFSI sector in Mumbai. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts with new business development as required. The position demands driving end-to-end sales for data analytics and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry understanding in Insurance function along with other FSI domains, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification to deal closure. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a proactive approach to building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Strategic Execution

- Drive revenue growth by executing targeted business development and sales strategies within the BFSI sector.

- Develop and implement go-to-market plans to expand market presence and increase wallet share.

Market Development & Opportunity Identification

- Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value target accounts and key market segments.

- Leverage industry expertise and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Position the organization as a trusted partner by understanding client challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.

- End-to-End Sales Ownership.

Own the complete sales lifecycle including:

- Lead generation and prospecting

- Solution presentation and proposal development

- Commercial negotiations and contract closure.

- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align sales strategies with organizational capabilities.

- Ensure seamless handover and execution to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within BFSI.

- Identify emerging opportunities and recommend strategic actions.

Customer Insights & Product Feedback

- Capture customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and solution enhancement.

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Sales Excellence & Process Optimization

- Continuously refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.

- Drive improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall sales efficiency.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7-12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the BFSI or technology/analytics domain.

- Proven track record of enterprise customer engagements.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in data analytics, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.

- Good understanding of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and buying behavior.

- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and drive deals independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience working with technology-driven solutions for BFSI clients.

- Familiarity with market trends and challenges in the BFSI sector.
