Job Description - MDM Executive

- Must have worked in SAP S4 Hana ERP and understanding of FI & MM integration.

- Creation of New material code and unblocking of existing codes based on documentation and approvals defined as per the SOP.

- Creation of new vendor, and modification of the existing vendor codes by adhering to the guidelines and the process defined in the SOP.

- Creation of new Customer, and modification of the existing customer codes by adhering to the guidelines and the process defined in the SOP.

- Good Knowledge of P2P (procure to pay Cycle) in system as well as in process.

- Deploy Business rules and validations on Master Data Fields.

- System monitoring and user management related activities.

- Work with business units and process specialists to resolve master data issues.

- Having good knowledge of various types of PO creation & Basic tables knowledge.

- Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business Systems.

- Support monthly reporting by extracting, validating and analysing data from SAP.

- Effective communication with end user.
