Lot Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. is a leading multi-brand mobile retail chain, dedicated to offering cutting-edge technology and unmatched customer service. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Manager ( Marketing )to lead innovative strategies that drive store performance, brand presence, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & ATL/BTL Campaigns:

- Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.

- Collaborate with media partners and agencies to enhance brand visibility across all channels.

Instore & Outstore Marketing:

- Drive strategic instore promotions and impactful outstore campaigns.

- Ensure proper execution of promotional plans at the store level.

Marketing Tie-Ups & Partnerships:

- Coordinate with brands for co-branded promotions, schemes, NPL (New Product Launches), and seasonal offers.

- Handle all marketing tie-ups and collaboration for brand promotions.

Sign Boards & Visual Merchandising:

- Manage branding assets including sign boards handling new installations, replacements, and issue resolution.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

- Lead the design, creation, and upload of engaging digital content across all platforms (social media, website, email campaigns).

- Work with designers and agencies to align content with product/category objectives.

New Store Launch Planning:

- Develop and execute launch plans for new store openings, ensuring maximum buzz and footfall.

Special Store Activities:

- Plan and implement in-store activities to drive walk-ins, conversions, and community engagement.

Annual Marketing Calendar:

- Prepare a comprehensive event and campaign calendar to ensure consistent branding and sales growth throughout the year.

Required Skills:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail/consumer electronics.

- Strong grasp on both digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Proficiency in managing vendors, creatives, and campaign performance.

- Creative thinking and data-driven mindset.
