Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales to own end-to-end revenue growth and lead a large, distributed inside sales organization. This is a high-ownership leadership role with authority over sales strategy, execution, team structure, hiring, and performance management.
The role focuses on scaling execution, building strong middle leadership, optimizing funnel economics, and creating a high-performance, ethical, coaching-driven sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual and quarterly revenue / admissions targets
- Drive YoY growth while improving CAC and funnel efficiency
- Lead high-ticket sales (50K+)
- Manage a 300500+ member inside sales team across regions
- Build SOPs, playbooks, and scalable sales processes
- Own key metrics: CAC, AOV, conversions, productivity
- Partner with Marketing & Product to improve sales narratives
- Drive adoption of CRM, dashboards, and sales tools
- Hire, coach, and develop future sales leaders; build a strong leadership bench
Who You Are
- 8+ years of sales experience with leadership exposure
- Proven track record managing large inside sales teams
- Strong understanding of funnel economics and metrics
- Coaching-oriented, people-first leader
- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
- Strong execution skills with the ability to scale processes and teams
