Duties and Responsibilities:
- In this leadership role, you will oversee the financial strategy and performance of our healthcare operations.
- You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Your expertise will guide financial planning, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
- Through your strategic insight, you will drive initiatives that enhance profitability and operational excellence.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities in line with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Monitor financial performance and develop actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Manage risk assessment, internal audits, and internal control systems.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc - CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience:
- As a General Manager Finance, your deep understanding of healthcare finance will be crucial to success.
- You will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people leadership.
- A results-oriented mindset, coupled with exceptional analytical skills, will help you drive both financial and organizational performance.
- 15 + years of core finance experience in a third-party provider environment.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, treasury, AP, AR, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale finance operations and lead teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning within the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial compliance and statutory regulations in India.
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage change effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP and financial software such as Oracle.
