- Proactively generate leads from the local market through networking, field visits, events, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture leads shared by the Head Office (HO), ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Identify opportunities for new business within assigned territory.
Sales Target Achievement
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline regularly and ensure healthy conversion ratios.
- Close small to medium-scale accounts independently and coordinate with the Regional Manager for larger or strategic accounts.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with competitor activities, offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to management for product positioning and business strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain high service standards to strengthen brand reputation in the market.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Submit fortnightly performance and progress reports to the Regional Manager.
- Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the Head Office for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Product & Market Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, including add-on features and benefits.
- Educate clients about the value proposition to drive successful closures.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and local business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
