Project Delivery & Governance:
- Define, plan, and manage HR technology and process optimization projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop detailed project charters, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Maintain strong governance standards for configuration updates, release management, and data compliance.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
- Serve as the bridge between HR, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors.
- Manage communications, set expectations, and align global stakeholders on project goals.
- Build trusted partnerships and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
HR Systems & Process Improvements:
- Oversee implementation, upgrades, and integration of Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR tools.
- Identify automation and process simplification opportunities to boost operational efficiency.
- Lead transitions of HR services from global regions into India Shared Services with minimal disruption.
Risk, Change & Quality Management:
- Proactively identify risks, maintain mitigation plans, and manage change initiatives effectively.
- Update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials as part of transformation programs.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - including scenario design, test execution, and issue resolution - to ensure smooth deployment.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data insights to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Create executive-level dashboards and reports using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards to track outcomes and continuous improvement
