New Generation Land is how we bridge the gap and bring people closer to their dreams. - Play a key role in delivering the HoABL People vision and creating strong partnerships across the various HR team within HoABL and Lodha Venture Ecosystem. - Develops & Implements HR operations road map by preparing HR budget, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, and aligning monetary resources by creating road maps. - Work with senior management and other HR teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions. - Ensure effective deployment of HR strategies, programs and processes in the organization. - Design Implementation plans for initiatives like manpower optimization, Performance Management, Talent Management, and reward system across the HoABL. - Review, analyze trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. - Provide expertise, facilitation, and execution of employee Life cycle management. - Providing process and system input of enabling the company to achieve the goal of continuous performance improvement across HoABL - Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, and recommending courses of action. - Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing the selected solution, extend support to employees and the Manager for coaching and counseling activities. - Partner with the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skill assessment and provide input for development plans. - Lead in analyzing business metrics data to identify trends and recommending solutions for pyramid rationalization, improve retention and employee & concept performance - Drive the performance management processes by ensuring the managers are coached on effective feedback mechanisms and drive a high-performance culture
