JD: - Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across the level. Develop and deploy the company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing - Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience - Define and drive towards meeting and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction - Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement - Represent the company internally and externally on hiring platforms and campus with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities - Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment - Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates - Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. - Generate & presents weekly/monthly/quarterly Talent Acquisition dashboards to HR and Business Leaders about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics. - Communicate regularly with HR leadership to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals. Followed by partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs. - Work closely with the marketing / PR department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges - Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies - Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities - Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
