Skills and Qualifications:. - 10th & 12th percentage average must be more that 70%. - 3+ experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment. - Hands on experience in building & handling large team. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable conclusions. - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
