Litigation Lawyer - Tier One Law Firm

One of the top-tier one law firm is looking to hire a Litigation lawyer with 9-12 years of experience for their Pune office.

1. Should be enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa

2. Min 10 years of experience in Civil Litigation, preferably having worked with a law firm or reputed chamber in Pune/ Mumbai.

3. Strong expertise in property disputes, contracts, injunctions, debt & money recovery, land laws and revenue matters, Succession/ Inheritance laws.

4. Excellent advocacy skills with the ability to handle cases independently.

5. Proficiency in legal drafting, case analysis, and court procedures, including e-filing.

6. Ability to take ownership and manage multiple cases at a time.

7. Should be proficient in both English and Marathi (reading, writing and spoken) considering language of the Courts in Pune

8. Should be good with time management

9. Effectively manage day-to-day court hearings and other miscellaneous court work

10. Effectively engage with clients, seek instructions, analyze factual matrix, prepare case notes & research notes

11. Represent clients before the Courts and Tribunals and assisting Counsels during arguments

12. Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, and contracts.

13. Coordinate with associates/ interns and oversee case preparations
