Role Overview:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs, working on hiring and succession planning.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
- Design and execute programs to enhance employee retention and motivation.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to design development programs.
- Support leadership development and upskilling initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present HR metrics.
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
