Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Core Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of AIDC printers, including:
- Thermal receipt printers
- Barcode/label printers
- Industrial label printers
- ID card printers
- Consumables (labels, ribbons, etc.)
- Meet 5-8 dealers daily for product promotion, relationship building, and lead generation (field sales only).
Channel Management & Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and AIDC partners to strengthen the channel ecosystem.
- Expand the dealer network within the region and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Ensure channel partners are well-informed about product offerings, pricing, and updates.
- Secondary Product Sales
Promote secondary product range including:
- Self-service kiosks
- Digital signages
- POS terminals
- Line matrix printers
- High-speed DMP
- Passbook printers
- Scanners
- Engage with corporate clients, end customers, and system integrators for solution-oriented selling.
Market Research & Territory Management:
- Understand local market dynamics, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Manage and grow business within the assigned region/territory.
- Identify potential verticals such as Retail, QSR, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and job-worker segments.
Sales Execution & Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, pipelines, and daily activity logs.
- Participate in sales reviews and business planning sessions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support, product education, and service coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in AIDC printer sales / IT hardware sales / IT automation (Thermal, Barcode, Label Printers, Industrial Printers, Scanners, POS, Kiosks).
- Strong understanding of the dealer and distributor ecosystem in the region.
- Proven hands-on experience in channel sales, field sales, and new business development.
- Familiarity with the regional market, customers, and IT hardware dealers.
- Ability to sell push-based products in a competitive market environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling Industrial/Label/AIDC Printers is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in IT Peripherals, Automation Products, POS, Digital Signage, or Kiosk solutions.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering / Business preferred)
