Role Overview:

The Site Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing site-level security operations, implementing safety protocols, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role requires proactive leadership, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Oversee all site security operations and ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.

- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses for the site.

- Supervise and train security personnel to maintain discipline, vigilance, and efficiency.

- Investigate security incidents, thefts, and workplace accidents, and submit detailed reports.

- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and local authorities as required.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and client-specific security requirements.

- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols at the site.

- Maintain access control, visitor management, and vehicle entry/exit records.

- Develop and conduct regular security awareness sessions for employees.

- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment for operational readiness.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.

- Respond promptly to emergencies, safety hazards, and security breaches.

- Support continuous improvement in site security measures and procedures.

Required Skillsets:

- Proven experience in site security management, preferably in logistics or industrial environments.

- Strong investigation and incident reporting skills.

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (Kannada speaking is mandatory).

- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.

- Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.

- Ability to handle emergencies and work in a dynamic, non9-to-5 operational environment.

- Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage security teams effectively.

- Integrity, vigilance, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety standards.
