Lightstorm Telecom Connectivity - Finance Automation Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

- Automate core finance processes

1. Reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, data consolidation

- Build scalable reporting & dashboards

1. Management reporting, KPIs, board packs

- Enable faster, smarter FP&A

1. Driver-based models, scenario tools, automated data flows

- Deploy AI for insights & efficiency

1. Commentary, anomaly detection, business case support

- Integrate systems & improve data flows

1. ERP reporting tools, clean structured datasets

- Automate presentations & outputs

1. board decks, investor materials, internal reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years experience in finance (FP&A / control) with strong automation exposure

- Strong technical capability: Excel, SQL/Python, BI tools

- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and automation tools

- Comfortable working with AI tools / LLMs and applying them to real problems
