DEPUTY MANAGER - HR (HRBP)

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Reports to: AVP Human Resources

Role Type: Individual Contributor

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Partner with leaders as a trusted HR advisor and business strategy enabler.

- Drive Performance Management, Talent and Capability initiatives.

- Design seamless Onboarding and elevate Employee Experience.

- Use data and dashboards to turn insights into impactful decisions.

- Collaborate with COEs to build scalable people programs and processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- MBA in HR from a premium institute with 2 years experience OR MBA with 5 - 7 years experience.

- Comfortable with HR dashboards, people analytics and data - driven decision making.

- Sales HRBP background is a strong plus.

- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management.

- Agile, curious and passionate about people and impact.
