JOB TITLE : Sales Manager

Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth for senior living communities. This role demands strategic sales planning, effective team leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration across functions to ensure seamless lead conversion and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will be a key driver in building brand credibility, nurturing long-term relationships with prospects and residents, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.
Reporting Lines:
This position reports to the Vice President - Sales and CRM or the Executive nominated by the management on this behalf. The organization reserves the right to revise reporting structures and responsibilities as required.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure across assigned senior living projects.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct high-quality presentations, negotiations, and deal finalizations.
- Ensure consistent pipeline development through proactive engagement with prospects and channel partners.
- Deliver a premium customer experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
2. Lead Management
- Drive timely response and follow-up for all leads through the CRM system.
- Monitor lead-to-conversion ratios and ensure leads progress effectively through the sales funnel.
- Guide the sales team in handling inquiries, nurturing prospects, and achieving higher conversion rates.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with booked customers, providing project updates and resolving queries.
- Drive referral programs and leverage satisfied customers as brand ambassadors.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer grievances and escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
4. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Track market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging customer expectations.
- Share actionable insights with senior management to refine pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Recommend tactical interventions to strengthen sales performance.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including funnel performance, conversion ratios, and competitor analysis.
- Analyse CRM data to monitor performance and optimize decision-making.
- Present periodic sales performance reviews to management with recommendations.
6. Team Leadership & Development

Profile - Knowledge & Experience
- 8-10 years of proven experience in residential real estate or senior living sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of real estate transactions, documentation, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages preferred.
