Job Description:

The General Manager Finance will be responsible for leading and overseeing the finance function across Lifebridge Senior Care Pvt. Ltd. (LSCPL) and Columbia Pacific Communities Pvt. Ltd. (CPCPL). The role will work closely with the Group CEO, investors, Board representatives, auditors, Company Secretary, banking partners and business leaders to ensure robust financial management, governance and reporting.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial discipline with commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial and professionally governed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership & Governance:

- Provide overall financial leadership across the Group, ensuring strong governance, internal controls and compliance frameworks. Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support decision-making, manage financial risks and build scalable finance processes aligned with the Group's growth ambitions.

2. Reporting & Business Insights:

- Own the preparation and timely delivery of monthly MIS, quarterly reviews, annual financial statements, consolidated accounts and investor reports. Ensure accuracy, transparency and meaningful financial insights that enable management, investors and the Board to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

3. Planning & Performance Management:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and cash flow planning across all business verticals. Work closely with functional leaders to monitor performance against plans, identify variances and support financial evaluation of new projects, investments and growth initiatives.

4. Finance Operations & Team Leadership:

- Manage and develop the internal finance team while overseeing outsourced finance partners responsible for functions such as payroll, accounts payable and other support activities. Ensure efficient execution of routine finance operations, adherence to processes and high standards of accuracy, responsiveness and service delivery.

5. Compliance, Audit & Corporate Governance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, tax and corporate requirements. Act as the primary finance coordinator for statutory audits, internal audits, tax matters and secretarial activities, working closely with auditors, advisors and the Company Secretary to maintain strong governance standards.

6. Investor & Stakeholder Relations:

- Serve as a key finance interface for investors, Board members, lenders, auditors and other external stakeholders. Support investor reporting, due diligence processes, fundraising activities, Board meetings and strategic discussions by providing timely and reliable financial information and analysis.

7. Strategic Finance & Special Projects:

- Provide finance leadership for joint ventures and strategic partnerships, including budgeting, reporting, compliance oversight and stakeholder coordination. Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO by supporting new initiatives, commercial evaluations, legal follow-ups, expansion opportunities and other special projects critical to the Group's growth.

Desired Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.

- CA Inter with exceptional and relevant experience may also be considered.

- Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CMA or CS will be an advantage.

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

- Minimum 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.

- Experience managing end-to-end finance functions across multiple entities.

- Strong exposure to budgeting, financial planning, MIS, audits, compliance and controls.

- Experience working with auditors, banks and professional advisors.

- Exposure to joint ventures, partnerships or multi-entity structures will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Hospitality, Real Estate or other service-led industries preferred.

Technical Competencies:

- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Experience in financial consolidation and statutory reporting.

- Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Zoho, Tally and Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.

- Understanding of taxation, corporate compliance and secretarial coordination.
