Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Licensing Head / National Licensing & Operations Head to drive the growth and operations of a portfolio of 200+ premier fashion and lifestyle brands.
The role will focus on identifying new licensing opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, driving commercial growth, and ensuring effective licensing operations and compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout, evaluate, and negotiate new licensing opportunities to support brand growth.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with licensing partners and licensees.
- Oversee licensing operations and ensure compliance with established brand standards.
- Collaborate with business heads, marketing, and legal teams to implement annual licensing plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators and overall licensing performance.
- Support licensee marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee licensing contracts, renewals, and reporting.
- Strengthen partner relationships and drive sustainable commercial outcomes.
- Ensure licensing activities remain aligned with overall business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- 12 - 18 years of relevant experience in licensing, operations, or related areas.
- Deep expertise in IP frameworks and licensing.
- Strong experience in driving commercial growth through licensing partnerships.
- Experience managing partner relationships, contracts, renewals, and licensing operations.
- Strong understanding of the retail and fashion industry.
