Liaison Head - IT/Telecom

- Co-ordination with State government bodies, NHAI, Forest Departments, Regional Railway Authorities, Municipal corporations, PWD, agencies, and State Development authorities with regards to the permissions for Right of Way for the project.

- To get all the necessary sanctions and approvals from all concerned local / state / district level statutory department to achieve the given task in a given time frame to lay optic fiber cable and installation of towers.

- Act as a link between the Core / Circle team & local government bodies for mitigation of any risk related to the project rollout and deployment.

- Preparation of Service line diagrams (SLD) required for ROW application

- Submission of ROW application as per procedure laid out with NHAI, NHR&B, Railway crossings and Gas crossings

- Assisting technical teams during DGPS surveys in Forest areas

- Filling applications for Railway crossing as per the procedures

- Follow up with Railway department/DRM offices and ensure joint visits, obtaining permissions for DRM office for all crossings

- Well versed with Gas agencies procedures, follow up and obtain permissions

- Identifying road boundaries/ Chainages during technical surveys required for preparation of drawings and subsequent ROW application submissions

- Understanding Forest ROW procedures/filling online applications and follow up with respective divisions DFO/CFO offices /PCCF office and Government ministry of Forest

- Follow up with NHAI, NH, state agencies and conducting joint visit along with officers' concerns

- Getting demand notes from national /state agencies

- Obtaining final permissions from all authorities
