About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce IT Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales of Salesforce-based IT solutions and services. You will identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and close strategic deals that align with client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and managed services.

- Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose Salesforce-based solutions.


- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and conduct client presentations and demos.

- Work with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to create solution roadmaps and pricing models.

- Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.

- Stay updated on Salesforce product updates, trends, and competitors.

- Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.


Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem solutions.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.

- Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) are a plus.


Nice to Have :

- Experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner or system integrator environment.

- Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

- Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.-
