- We're hiring Field Sales Managers to join our FLY Compass team.

- This is a full-time, on-ground role across key markets: Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka.

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Driving sales of our B2B visa services in your assigned region.

- Building and activating a strong partner network of travel agents, OTAs, and tour operators.

- Achieving monthly sales quotas through consistent pipeline building and account management.

- Nurturing long-term relationships with partners by ensuring reliable delivery and trust.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of proven experience in travel, aviation, or related B2B sales.

- Strong pre-built partner network in your region (agents/OTAs/tour operators).

- Quota-driven, self-starter, and hungry to prove yourself.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
