Below description is for Learning & Development Manager role, Location; Bengaluru / Mumbai / Gurgaon - Learning & Development Manager role is for AP Geo and is focused on Consulting, Needs Analysis, Program Design, Facilitation and Management and Evaluation of Learning Programs in alignment with AP GEO and India Business Priorities. This includes Sales Skills Development, Leadership/Manager/HIPO Development as well as other Learning & Talent Management related activities that may be required. What you will do: - Design & Development of Sales Capability Development Solutions in partnership with individuals/Teams inside the Organization as well as external Vendors / Consultants - Capability Needs Analysis across India - Deploy Capability Development Solutions-eLearning (micro/mobile learning), Webinars, Classroom etc. Who you are: - 12-18 years of experience in HR/L&D/OD/Talent with 2 years in Sales Capability Development. - Experience in Facilitation (including virtual), management & delivery of Development Programs - Strong Program Design & Management Skills
