Job Description:

- The person in this role will provide broad direction to multiple functional analysts & lead them from the front.

- Engage with Functional area managers and end users, oversee formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of IT business systems and industry requirements.

- Provides broad oversight and execution to ensure business systems are efficiently supporting business processes. Initiates and leads short and long-term solution roadmap. Responsible for aligning resource plans to needs and budgets.

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery by driving the Projects, Managing Budgets and updating the status to Stakeholders/Steering Committee. Collaborate closely with Business Stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Roadmap.

- Participates in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking. Accountable for successful delivery of project commitments.

Preferred candidate profile:

Must Have Skills:

- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Requires at least 12 - 15 years of SAP functional experience as a functional expert in two or more of the following SAP modules: SD, LE, TMS, EWM, IBP.

- Integration experience with other SAP & Non-SAP systems.

- Demonstrated project manager experience with large enterprise-wide projects is required.

- Requires at least 5 years' experience as a Lead.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Experience:

- Requires a broad awareness of emerging technology trends.

- Must be able to coach and guide team members.

- Exposure to S/4 is desirable.
