Strategic Partnership Development:

- Establish and nurture relationships with media owners, publishers, and supply-side partners globally.

- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing solutions to optimize yield and maximize monetization opportunities.

Account Management and Growth:

- Manage day-to-day interactions, resolving partner concerns with agility and professionalism.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple supply channels.

Revenue Optimization:

- Develop strategies to increase publisher performance through continuous training, support, and analytics.

- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure achievement of business goals.

Programmatic and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay updated on emerging trends in the programmatic advertising and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) ecosystem.

- Leverage market insights to provide consultative guidance to partners.

Collaboration and Internal Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to deliver customized partner solutions.

- Provide partner feedback to internal teams to influence product development and innovation.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and strategy updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters Marketing or related discipline.

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, media sales, or related domains.

- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Exposure to programmatic advertising, ad-tech platforms, or digital media is a plus.

- Experience working in fast-growing startups or familiarity with the DOOH industry is preferred.
