An exciting opportunity for experienced legal professionals specializing in real estate and construction finance transactions. We are looking for a Lead Manager Non-Litigation Real Estate Legal to support complex financing and secured lending transactions within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, and assessment of collateral properties for construction finance and real estate lending transactions.

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize loan documents, security documents, mortgage deeds, escrow agreements, guarantees, and transaction-related contracts.

- Provide end-to-end legal support for construction finance, project finance, and real estate-backed lending transactions.

- Manage mortgage creation, charge registration, security perfection, and release documentation.

- Evaluate legal risks associated with projects, land acquisitions, development rights, and financing structures.

- Ensure compliance with RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Duty Laws, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with developers, lenders, external counsels, technical consultants, and internal business teams to facilitate smooth transaction closure.

- Support documentation, regulatory compliance, and transaction execution throughout the financing lifecycle.

Desired Profile:

- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.

- 5+ years of experience in Non-Litigation Real Estate Legal, preferably within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or Real Estate Developers.

- Strong expertise in construction finance, property due diligence, title verification, security creation, contract drafting, and transaction management.

- Sound understanding of real estate financing structures and secured lending transactions.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
