As a Legal Manager, you will be a pivotal force in safeguarding the company's interests, providing expert legal counsel, and ensuring robust contractual frameworks.

You will proactively manage legal risks, advise on complex commercial transactions, and champion compliance across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the drafting, review, and finalization of a wide array of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, enforceability, and alignment with business objectives.

- Strategically negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners, protecting the company's interests while fostering mutually beneficial relationships and facilitating successful deal closures.
