- Excellence in drafting, review, vetting and negotiation of agreements with various Vendors, Partners, Distributors and Financial Institutions and ensure the timely closure of the agreements, update the contract records in an accurate, up to date and well-maintained manner - Advise on structuring, use and deployment of technologies (including emerging technologies) in line with applicable technology laws and regulations - From the legal perspective, evaluate and help design products, services, and technologies for external or internal purpose in line with applicable technology laws and regulations - Support the commercial and technology legal advisory elements of all organization-wide projects - Advise internal business stakeholder on legal opportunities and risks with a focus on state and central regulations and licensing including related to RBI regulations - Support in the enhancement of corporate legal structure, new business (regulated / unregulated) expansion in existing and new geographies and Mergers and Acquisitions etc - Formulating compliance framework by understanding the compliance requirement globally in collaboration with cross-functional teams and preparing the compliance checklist for all locations in house and implementation of the same within organization at a global level. Ensuring the timely compliance with all the applicable regulations - Experience in designing corporate governance framework and its implementation - Hands on experience in Data Privacy related understanding, compliances and requirements at a global level, formulating a framework, drafting of required documents including policies, setting up of processes and awareness of stakeholders - To draft review/improve / enhance internal policies / procedures /Terms and Conditions documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis in consultation with key stakeholders - Keep abreast of and inform the team on relevant developments in software and FinTech industry, such as court ruling or legislative amendments. Provide updated on new changes in law/rules applicable on organization and assist the internal stakeholders with the implementation of the same
