Location: Mumbai
Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week from office mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate EPC, turnkey, construction, procurement, O&M, service, consultancy and vendor agreements.
- Advise project, commercial and business teams on contract structuring, risk allocation, claims and dispute avoidance strategies.
- Review bid documents, RFPs, tenders and project contracts from both owner and contractor perspectives.
- Support project execution teams on contractual interpretation, variation orders, extensions of time, liquidated damages and claims management.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, customers and project stakeholders.
- Provide legal support on infrastructure, energy, industrial, manufacturing and engineering projects, including domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Draft and negotiate ancillary project documents including NDAs, guarantees, indemnities, consortium agreements and amendments.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- EPC experience for international projects is a must.
- 7-10 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, engineering or construction sectors.
