Legal Counsel - A Large NBFC Co, Mumbai

Job Description:

- Handling Litigations, IBC, ED Cases.

- Handling SEBI Regulatory.

- Handling RBI Compliances, Audits.

- Drafting vendor agreements, MoUs, and service agreements, corporate transactions

- Working closely with Stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Candidate should be Law Graduate with minimum 9 yrs of work experience in handling RBI Compliance, IBC.
