Legal Counsel - Expansion - Retail

Description:

- #Hiring for Legal Counsel for retail brand based in delhi Ncr.

- Location Delhi Ncr.

- Negotiating and taking end-to-end responsibility for all legal aspects of documentation related to lease/license agreement, sustainability commitment and code of ethics.

- Conducting extensive due diligence for leasing properties and coordination and liaison with external counsel and landlords counsel for finalisation of due diligence report.

- Advisory on portfolio related matters including but not limited to signage issues, penalty clause and related invoicing issue, change of ownership and its related issues.

- Provide compliance advice and initiating new litigation in conjunction with compliance specialist for proactive and efficient management of signage issue.

- This role manage all legal work related to leasing properties and solves legal issues.
