What You Will Own:
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnership, DPA and NDA agreements across global markets.
- Advise business, Product and Sales teams on technology, AI, data privacy, IP, licensing and regulatory matters.
- Lead legal support for strategic accounts, negotiations, contractual claims, disputes and customer escalations.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Information Security, Operations and Product teams to manage legal and commercial risks.
- Develop contract templates, playbooks, approval frameworks and legal processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide practical guidance to business stakeholders.
