Legal Analyst/Senior Analyst - Commercial Contracts - LLB

Total Experience: 2 - 7 years

Key Hiring Requirements:

- Looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and redlining commercial contracts.

- Experience working with US and/or UK jurisdictions is preferred.

- Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities, beyond playbook-based contract reviews.

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

- Qualified Lawyer (LLB) is a non-negotiable requirement.

- Full-time graduation is mandatory; distance/correspondence education will not be considered.

- Insurance background is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Details:

- Designation: Analyst / Senior Analyst

- Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM

- Location: Mumbai preferred

- Hybrid model: 5 consecutive office days per month, remaining period WFH (initial 5-6 months would be training period)
