Role Overview:

We are looking for a Real Estate Legal Advisor to be the primary legal point of contact for our investment and asset management activities. The role involves transaction structuring, legal due diligence, contract management and coordination with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, lease deeds, JV agreements, and other transaction documents.

- Conduct legal due diligence covering -property title, encumbrances, land records, approvals, and zoning compliance-.

- Manage corporate secretarial activities and ensure compliance under the -Companies Act-.

- Coordinate with external law firms, government authorities, and other stakeholders on disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.

- Advise management and internal teams on -RERA, property laws, corporate laws, and regulatory developments-.

- Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

- Support the legal aspects of acquisitions, investments, leasing, development, and other real estate transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- LLB / LLM from a reputed institution.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, Civil law & litigations.

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws, RERA, Property Laws, Contract Laws, Civil Laws and Corporate Compliance-.

- Excellent legal drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to translate complex legal matters into clear, business-oriented advice.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a fast-paced environment.
