About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth legal guidance on contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and intellectual property.
- Offer strategic counsel on corporate legal matters, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure legal and regulatory alignment.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the tech and IT sector.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably within the tech or IT industry.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and implementing SOPs.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
