
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Leader to spearhead our organizational growth initiatives from our Mumbai office. In this strategic role, you will act as the primary architect for our human capital development, designing end-to-end learning ecosystems that align with our long-term business objectives. You will work closely with the C-suite and functional heads to identify critical skill gaps and deploy high-impact interventions that drive performance. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will directly influence employee retention, leadership pipeline readiness, and overall organizational agility, ensuring our workforce remains competitive in an evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive leadership development programs to cultivate a robust internal talent pipeline and prepare high-potential employees for executive transitions.
- Spearhead large-scale capability building initiatives that bridge technical and behavioral skill gaps across diverse business units to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to conduct thorough training needs assessments, ensuring all learning interventions are data-driven and aligned with specific departmental KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from curriculum design and vendor management to measuring the ROI and business impact of training investments.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing L&D team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation in instructional design and digital learning delivery.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies, with a proven track record of scaling learning programs within large, complex organizations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate complex business challenges into actionable learning strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data analytics to track learning effectiveness and iterate on programs for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, enabling you to facilitate workshops and present strategic roadmaps to diverse audiences.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of engagement and productivity across distributed teams.
