
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Development Needs Identification: Identify, Create and implement training interventions (Leadership & Behavioral) basis the business and individual needs as well as scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving the learning strategy. Integrate L&D initiatives with career development plans and talent management strategies.
- Content Design:Design Content for both Digital Learning and Instructor-Led Sessions using Design Principles. Develop content and materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and curriculums.
- Facilitation of Programs:Facilitate & Deliver Key Behavioral Programs and identify and develop internal SME's for various Programs.
- Digital Platform Management & Learning Technologies: Manage Content, Adoption & Leverage the LMS & LXP platform to deliver digital learning (functional & behavioral). Work closely with the IT team for systems integration.
- Vendor Management: Create a vendor ecosystem, work with service providers for creating / curating content for Learning Modules & Programs (digital & physical).
- Assessment & Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of the training through formative and summative assessments.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use data and analytics to provide insights into the impact of L&D on organizational performance
