Key Responsibilities:


Compensation & Benefits Management:


- Design, implement, and administer compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefit programs aligned with business and talent strategies


- Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and internal equity analyses to ensure competitive and fair pay practices


- Manage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and incentives


- Support job evaluation and grading processes to maintain consistent role leveling across the organization


- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies


HR Analytics & Reporting:


- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering compensation, headcount, attrition, performance, and workforce costs


- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership


- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting through advanced analytics


- Improve data accuracy and integrity across HR systems


Policy, Governance & Process Improvement:


- Review, update, and implement C&B policies, SOPs, and guidelines


- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within C&B and HR analytics


- Support internal and external audits related to compensation, benefits, and HR data


Stakeholder Management:


- Partner with business leaders, finance, and global HR teams to align C&B programs with organizational needs


- Provide guidance and clarification to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters


- Support global and regional HR initiatives as required


Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits design, and statutory compliance (India)


- Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking and market surveys


- Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting


- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with HRIS, Power BI, or similar tools preferred


- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities
