Role Overview:

As a Lean Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing Lean and Six Sigma projects for clients across various industries. You will work closely with client stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, design and implement process optimization strategies, and drive measurable business results. This role involves extensive collaboration with cross functional teams, data analysis, and the application of Lean principles to enhance operational performance and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed process assessments and value stream mapping exercises to identify waste and inefficiencies within client organizations.

- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

- Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions.

- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate client teams on Lean principles and tools.

- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring successful project completion.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on process improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the consulting team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements in complex environments.

- Proven experience in conducting value stream mapping, process analysis, and root cause analysis.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

- Experience with BPR and Process Design.
