Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager who can run complex, large-scale programs end-to-end.
The role requires balancing operational excellence with stakeholder management, building repeatable processes, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple cohorts and partners.
Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Operations:
- Manage a portfolio of academic/learning programs from launch to completion.
- Oversee scheduling, faculty coordination, content delivery, and learner engagement across 50-100+ cohorts.
- Ensure seamless execution of live classes, assessments, and certification processes.
Learner Experience & Escalation Management:
- Monitor learner journey from enrollment to completion.
- Set up frameworks for grievance redressal, escalation handling, and first-contact resolution.
- Track completion rates and drive interventions to improve outcomes.
Partner Onboarding & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage onboarding of universities, corporates, and academic partners.
- Lead LMS integration and ensure partner deliverables are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting dashboards and progress reports.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Reduce learner support volumes by implementing better onboarding, FAQs, and training interventions.
- Standardize academic and operational workflows to ensure consistency across programs.
- Identify gaps in delivery and roll out corrective action plans.
Data & Reporting:
- Build and maintain dashboards for program health (enrollment, drop-off, completion).
- Generate reports for leadership and partners, with actionable insights.
- Use tools (SQL, GA, Freshdesk, JIRA) to monitor efficiency and outcomes.
