Leadership Role - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

We are hiring for a senior leadership opportunity in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a leading global organization based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the FP&A function, driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

- Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support key business decisions.

- Drive financial modelling, scenario analysis, profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

- Oversee pricing, commercial finance and financial performance analysis.

- Build and lead high-performing finance teams while driving process improvements and automation.

- Present financial insights, business performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 19+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with significant exposure to FP&A leadership.

- Strong background in IT Services, Technology or Consulting organizations.

- Proven experience in business partnering, financial strategy, pricing and commercial finance.

- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead large teams.

- Strong communication, executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities.
