Leadership Role - Finance

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of our organization. This role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and overall financial governance. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and applicable local financial reporting standards.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Lead the annual budget process and work closely with department heads for budget adherence.

- Implement and monitor internal controls and cost management strategies to improve profitability.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, company laws, and industry standards.

- Manage internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance-related reporting.

- Oversee treasury, cash flow, banking, and liquidity management.

5. Team Leadership

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Set performance objectives, mentor staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

6. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.

- Collaborate with internal departments to support growth initiatives and business expansion.
