Career Opportunity with leading Bank Responsibilities : - To partner with HRRM and BU/SU line managers to diagnose training and development needs and recommend leadership & management development interventions - To develop, curate and execute best-in-class leadership development, team effectiveness and personal effective programmes that are aligned with business goals. - To implement learning initiatives and projects relating to Leadership Institute and group programmes that meet the Bank's business goals and direction, in collaboration with appropriate Academy SMEs. - Integrate leadership development solutions into the bank's High Potential talent development process - Manage relationships and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our external learning partners/training vendors - Conduct facilitation for selected in-house programmes Requirements : - Degree holder, preferably in relevant field such as HR, adult education, psychology or behavioural science - Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programmes to staff up to senior management level - Good facilitation skills to independently conduct training programmes - Strong programme and project management skills - Proven organizational learning track records in implementing training strategies and various learning solutions. - Interest and passion in learning, leadership development and coaching practices - Experience in design and development of leadership development programmes is an advantage - Experience in culture and change management will be advantageous - Experience in leadership profiling tools will be advantageous
